Madaxweyne Trump oo ku soo noqday xafladda wargeysyada Kadib markii uu toogasho dhacay
Madaxweyne Donald Trump ayaa ku soo noqday xafladda Ururka Wargeysyada Aqalka Cad seddex bilood ka dib markii nin hubaysan uu qasday kulankii. Wuxuu ku yiri bilowgii hadalkiisa: 'Sidaan saddexdii bilood ee la soo dhaafay idhi, bandhiggu waa inuu sii socdaa.'
Xafladdii dib loo dhigay iyo dhacdadii hubaysnayd
Xafladdii sanadka ahayd ee muranka dhalisay waxaa markii hore la qabtay Abriil, laakiin si degdeg ah ayay u go'day ka dib markii nin hubaysan uu isku dayay inuu duulaanku qaado isagoo damacsan inuu dilo Trump. Tani waxay ahayd mid aan caadi ahayn oo qasab ah.
Nin la heystaa oo lagu magac daray Cole Tomas Allen ayaa duulay albaab amni ee goobta xafladda ee Washington Hilton isagoo wata qoryo iyo mindiyo. Eedeynayaasha ayaa ku eedeeyay inuu toogtay oo uu dhaawacay sarkaal ka tirsan Adeegga Sirta ka hor inta aan la joojin.
Hadalkii Trump iyo ammaantii uu siiyay
Trump wuxuu ka hadlay isku daygii dilka isagoo leh: 'Waxay ahayd weerar lagu qaaday dimuqraadiyadda lafteeda; waxay ahayd xaalad aad u daran.' Wuxuu ammaanay caawiyayaashiisa Pete Hegseth, Steve Miller iyo Tom Holman geesinimadii ay muujiyeen intii ay dhacdadu socotay.
Wuxuu ku daray: 'Waxay taagnaa miisaska, inta badan idinka se tafaakhuurka hoostiisa.' Xafladdii dib loo dhigay waxaa lagu qabtay qolka ballroom ee hotelka Waldorf Astoria iyadoo 700 qof marti ahayd, tiro aad uga yar tii Abriil.
Hadalkii guddoomiyaha iyo isbeddelkii mowqifka
Weijia Jiang oo ah guddoomiyaha Ururka Wargeysyada Aqalka Cad ayaa mahad celis u dirtay Trump taageeradiisa iyo imaanshihiisii labaad muddo seddex bilood ah. Waxay tiri: 'Caawa farqaddayadu waa tan: Waannu soo noqonay. Ma cabsi gelin doono. Diidi maayo in ficil rabshado ah uu helo erayga u dambeeya.'
Imaanshihiisa Trump wuxuu calaamad u ahaa isbeddel weyn marka loo eego xilligii ugu horreeyay ee 2017, markaasoo uu ku dhawaaqay xafladda inay 'dhimatay' oo uu diiday inuu ka qayb galo afartii sano ee xigay. Tani waxay ahayd mid ka duwan.
President Donald Trump returned to the White House Correspondents' Association dinner three months after a gunman upended the event. The rescheduled dinner took place in the ballroom of the Waldorf Astoria hotel with a guest list of 700 people. Trump opened by saying the show must go on.
April incident and security breach
The event was originally held in April but was derailed after a gunman attempted to storm the proceedings in an alleged effort to assassinate Trump. Alleged gunman Cole Tomas Allen stormed a security gate at the Washington Hilton armed with guns and knives.
Allen was accused by prosecutors of shooting and injuring a Secret Service officer before he was stopped. He is facing federal charges of attempting to assassinate the president. Trump said the attempt was an assault on democracy and a very serious situation.
Trump's speech and remarks
Trump said at the start of his speech: 'As I said three months ago, the show must go on'. He quipped: 'Just like my presidency, the second time is always better and the third time will be better yet,' then raised his hands and said, 'I'm only kidding'.
He lauded aides Pete Hegseth, Steve Miller and Tom Holman for bravery, saying: 'They were standing on tables, when most of you were under the tables'. He referred to journalists as the largest gathering with Trump derangement syndrome and called the event a HOT ticket.
Association response and past context
WHCA president Weijia Jiang of CBS News thanked Trump for showing up a second time in three months. She said: 'Tonight our message is this: We are back. We will not be intimidated. We refuse to let an act of violence have the final word'.
Trump's attendance was a sea change from 2017 when he declared the soiree 'dead' and skipped four years. CBS News was acquired by pro-Israel investor David Ellison last year. CNN's Wolf Blitzer spoke during the awards ceremony.
