Dugsi Harvard waxaa lagu sameeyay barashada ganacsiga AI-ga ah ee macallimiinta
Dugsi Harvard Business School wuxuu furay dugsigii hore ee $699 ah ee HBS Foundry, kaas oo macallimiin AI ah oo loo sameeyay shirkadda HeyGen u sameeyay macallimiinta, si ay u bixiyaan tilmaamo gaar ah muddo todobaadlaha ah.
Sida ay u shaqeyso dugsiga
Dugsiga HBS Foundry wuxuu bixiyaa kulamo toos ah macallimiinta todobaadkii, laakiin macallimiinta AI-ga ah waa kuwa bixiya tilmaamo muddo shirarka diyaarinta iyo kulamada la xiriira shirkadaha. Barashada waxaa lagu sameeyaa muddo todobaadlaha ah, waxaana loo qoondeeyay $699.
Katharina Rings, oo ah hoggaamiyaha mashruuca, waxay hore u aragtay in qaybta AI-ga ay noqoto mid ka dhigan chatbot, laakiin kadib markii ay soo saartay nidaamka, ardaydu waxay codsadeen inay helaan barasho ka fiican midka chatbot-ka ah.
Tijaabinta warbaahinta
Warbaahinta New York Times, Sarah Kessler, waxay tijaabisay dugsiga iyadoo diyaariso warbixin ku saabsan Jeff Bussgang, oo ah hoggaamiye shirkadaha Flybridge Capital. Labada Jeff Bussgang iyo macallinka AI-ga ahba waxay ka xumahay qorshaha Kessler ee 'Uber for bananas'.
Kessler waxay sheegtay in macallinka AI-ga ah uu bixiyay eeyo isku mid ah, laakiin ardayda HBS Foundry waxay sheegeen inay jecel yihiin macallimiinta AI-ga ah. Jeff Bussgang wuxuu sheegay in macallinka AI-ga ah uu yahay mid 'creepy', laakiin ardaydu waxay jecel yihiin.
Faa'iidooyinka iyo caqabadaha
Dugsiga HBS Foundry wuxuu bixiyaa fursad ardayda inay helaan barasho gaar ah iyadoo loo isticmaalo AI-ga, laakiin waxaa jira caqabado sida eeyo macallimiinta AI-ga ah. Ardaydu waxay sheegeen inay jecel yihiin macallimiinta AI-ga ah, iyagoo ka faa'iideysanaya barashada.
Shirkadda HeyGen waxay sameysay macallimiinta AI-ga ah, iyadoo loo isticmaalo dugsiga HBS Foundry. Tani waxay muujisaa in AI-gu uu noqon karo qayb muhiim ah barashada ganacsiga, laakiin waxaa jira caqabado oo loo baahan yahay in la xaliyo.
Harvard Business School has introduced HBS Foundry, an eight-week, $699 bootcamp for entrepreneurs that uses AI avatars to deliver individualized feedback during practice pitches and board meetings.
How the AI Avatars Work
The program combines weekly live sessions with instructors and AI-driven feedback loops. The avatars, built by the startup HeyGen, simulate real instructors to critique student presentations in a one-on-one setting.
Project director Katharina Rings originally designed the AI element as a chatbot, but student demand for a more guided experience led to the current avatar-based approach after a trial version was released.
A Reporter Tests the System
New York Times reporter Sarah Kessler tried the bootcamp by pitching an AI-generated copy of Flybridge Capital co-founder Jeff Bussgang. Both the real Bussgang and his digital simulacra were unimpressed by her plan to build 'Uber for bananas.'
Kessler noted that the virtual version of Bussgang offered a noticeably frozen smile during her pitch, while the real Bussgang acknowledged his digital copy is a little 'creepy,' but said, 'My students love it.'
Student Reception Is Positive
Despite some general student skepticism toward AI, Foundry participants told Kessler they like the avatars. The technology appears to be well-received within the specific context of the bootcamp.
The program aims to expand Harvard Business School's reach by offering an accessible, technology-enhanced learning experience for aspiring entrepreneurs at a fraction of the cost of a traditional MBA.
