No Grades, No Homework, No Accreditation
The academy explicitly states it will have no traditional grades, tests, or homework. Instead, students will learn from Silicon Valley founders and operators in short, high-impact classes and spend the rest of their time working and exploring.
Participants will not receive a degree or any form of accreditation from the program. However, a16z promises more than $50,000 in compute credits and a $5,000 travel and research budget to support student projects during the year.
