When asked if the Trump administration's comments undermined his fight against global tech giants on the world stage, he replied not at all, adding that the legislation has been foreshadowed for some period of time.
Opposition and Coalition Raise Free Speech Concerns
Coalition frontbencher Andrew Bragg echoed the US's censorship concerns, warning there is a risk of bestowing too much power onto unelected bureaucrats and that the proposed changes could pose a threat to free speech.
