The gaming company claimed Williams, a leading moderator of the r/SwitchPirates community, solicited donations of Nintendo eShop gift cards and game copies for illegal distribution. After Williams did not respond to the lawsuit, Nintendo asked the court for a $4.5 million default judgment, which was granted on Wednesday.
