Jai Arrow choked back tears as he made his 100th NRL appearance for South Sydney, with the Rabbitohs delivering a dominant 50-20 victory over the Roosters at a sold-out Sydney Football Stadium.
Arrow's Milestone Moment
Arrow, a 31-year-old father of one diagnosed with motor neurone disease this year, was stranded on 98 games until the NRL granted Souths an extra interchange against both the Gold Coast and the Roosters. More than 100 Souths old boys formed a guard of honour, while 14th Immortal Ron Coote rang the Rabbitohs' bell and the Gerry and the Pacemakers rendition of You'll Never Walk Alone played out.
