Tartanka Ig Nobel 2026: Waxyaabaha La Doortay iyo Sababta La Saftay inuu Ku Dhaco Zurich
Tartanka Ig Nobel ee sanadkan 2026 wuxuu ku dhacayaa magaalada Zurich, Switzerland, kadib markii shuruudaha amniga ee safarka dibadda u yimid ay saameeyeen meesha la qabanayo. Waxaa lagu doortay baaritaanno kala duwan oo ku saabsan dhar, biyo, iyo nidaamyo kale oo aan hore loo arag.
Baaritaannada La Doortay
Sanadkan, Ig Nobel wuxuu ku doortay baaritaanno kala duwan oo leh xaqiiqooyin fudud. Waxaa ka mid ah baaritaanka ku saabsan in la sameeyo dharka biyaha aan biyo lahayn, iyo sidoo kale in la isticmaalo qorraxda biyaha si loo sameeyo noocyo yar yar oo biyo ah.
Sidoo kale, waxaa la doortay baaritaanka ku saabsan in la ogaado sida dhar ka dhaca dhulka u dhaqaaqo, iyo in la baaro sida biyaha ay u dhaqaaqaan marka la dhigo biyo. Tani waxay muujisaa in baaritaannada Ig Nobel ay yihiin kuwo aan hore loo arag, balse ay leeyihiin xaqiiqooyin muhiim ah.
Sababta La Saftay inuu Ku Dhaco Zurich
Tartanka Ig Nobel wuxuu hore u dhacayay magaalada Boston, Mareykanka, muddo 35 sano ah. Laakiin sanadkan, waxaa la saftay inuu ku dhaco Zurich, Switzerland, sababtoo ah shuruudaha amniga ee safarka dibadda u yimid ay saameeyeen meesha la qabanayo.
Marc Abrahams, oo ah qofka tartanka u qabanaya, wuxuu yiri: 'Muddo saddex sano ah, waxaa noqday inay noqoto mid aan amni ahayn in dadka la soo qaado dalkeena.' Tani waxay muujisaa in shuruudaha amniga ay saameeyeen meesha la qabanayo.
Tixraacyada Tartanka
Tartanka Ig Nobel wuxuu ku dhacayaa magaalada Zurich, Switzerland, sanadkan 2026. Waxaa la filayaa inuu ku dhaco magaalada Antwerp, Belgium, sanadka soo socda, kadibna wuxuu ku laaban doonaa Zurich sanadka 2028 iyo sanad kasta oo toos ah.
Marc Abrahams wuxuu yiri: 'Waxaan u maleynayaa inay noqon doonto mid aad u macaan, sida tartanka Eurovision.' Tani waxay muujisaa in tartanka Ig Nobel uu yahay mid aad u macaan, balse uu leeyahay xaqiiqooyin muhiim ah.
The 2026 Ig Nobel Prizes have been awarded to researchers behind studies ranging from the perfect splash-free urinal to the aerodynamics of a healthy nose-blow, continuing the tradition of honoring achievements that first make people laugh and then make them think.
This Year's Winners Span the Absurd and the Scientific
The 2026 Ig Nobel Prizes recognize research that may seem ridiculous at first glance but carries genuine scientific merit. Among the honorees are scientists who studied the composition rates of buried cotton underwear and those who used mosquito proboscises to 'necroprint' tiny nozzles.
Other notable winners include researchers who designed the perfect splash-free urinal and those who analyzed the aerodynamics of a healthy nose-blow. The ceremony, established in 1991, features miniature operas, scientific demos, and '24/7 lectures' where experts explain their work in 24 seconds and then in just seven words.
Ceremony Moves to Zurich Amid Safety Concerns
After 35 years in Boston, the annual Ig Nobel ceremony will take place in Zurich, Switzerland, this year. The relocation follows growing concerns about the safety of international travelers, with four of last year's 10 winners opting to skip the event rather than travel to the United States.
Marc Abrahams, who founded the Ig Nobels and serves as emcee, told The Associated Press that 'During the past year, it has become unsafe for our guests to visit the country.' He added that he 'cannot in good conscience ask the new winners, or the international journalists who cover the event, to travel to the US this year.'
Future Plans Include Antwerp and a Return to Zurich
Next year's ceremony will be held in Antwerp, Flanders, before the Ig Nobels return to Zurich in 2028 and every even-numbered year after that. Abrahams compared the arrangement to the Eurovision Song Contest, noting its European base will make it accessible to international participants and journalists.
Acceptance speeches remain limited to 60 seconds, and in the weeks following the ceremony, winners will give free public talks posted on the Improbable Research website. The shift to Europe reflects a broader trend of international travelers becoming increasingly reluctant to visit the US.
