UEFA iyo Ururradeeda Qaranka Oo Diidan Ka Qaybgalka Tartamada FIFA
Hanqadka qaadashada saamiga 20% ee shirkad hoosaad ay leedahay FIFA ayaa keentay hanjabaad ka bixitaan ah
UEFA ayaa shaacisay hadh 16:00 BST ee Khamiista 30 July in "UEFA iyo ururradeeda qaranka aysan ka qayb gali doonin tartamada FIFA". Tallaabadani waa jawaabta qorshaha Gianni Infantino ee iibinta 20% saamiga shirkad hoosaad.
Shuruudaha Bixitaanka iyo Saamaynta Tartamada
Hanqadka bixitaanka UEFA waa la hawlgelin doonaa haddii heshiiska maalgelinta Infantino la aqbalo. Taariikhda ugu dambeysa ee dalalku qaataan heshiiska waa 19 September, iyagoo helaya $20m (£15m) 1 January. Aragtida ayaa sheegaysa in dalal laga yaabo banaanka u saaro U20 Women's World Cup inta ay socdaan rubuc-finalka.
Tartamada xigga ee sare ee FIFA waa play-offs-ka Women's World Cup ee October, oo ay ku jiraan England, Scotland, Wales iyo Northern Ireland. Laura McAllister oo ah guddoomiye-ku-xigeenka UEFA ayaa tiri: "Wales is involved in the play-offs for the Women's World Cup in the autumn, and it would be our first qualification for a World Cup".
Diidmada Gudaha FIFA iyo Mustaqbalka Infantino
FIFA weli ma jawaabin bayaanka UEFA. Concacaf ayaa xaqiijisay in 41 xubnood ay diideen soo-jeedinta. Debbie Hewitt oo ah guddoomiye-ku-xigeenka FIFA ayaa ka hadashay shir degdeg ah, FA-na waxay tiri waxay taagan yihiin "shoulder to shoulder with our European colleagues".
Infantino wuxuu noqday madaxa FIFA 2016 isagoo ka badiyay 115 codba 88, wuxuuna u tartamayaa xilli afaraad March. Kahor toddobaadkan waxaa loo malaynayay inuu aan qof la tartamin la dooran. Lars-Christer Olsson ayaa BBC u sheegay inuu awooddiisa xad-dhaafay.
Awoodda UEFA iyo Doonista Nidaam Cusub
In kasta oo UEFA ay dabooshay 55 ka mid ah 211 urur qaran ee FIFA, haddana waxay gacan ku leedahay seddex ka mid ah afarta semi-finalist ee tartamada ugu weyn. Infantino wuxuu ka hadlay $40bn (£30bn) alaab. David Bernstein wuxuu leeyahay xal waa in la helo.
Olsson wuxuu soo jeediyay in madaxtinimada loo wareejiyo qaybo kala duwan, wuxuuna yiri: "I think that should be a new start for football". Bixitaanka Yurub waxay sababi lahayd saameyn ganacsi oo weyn, laamihana waa khasaare.
European body says it will withdraw from Fifa competitions if funding deal proceeds
Uefa declared at 16:00 BST on Thursday, 30 July that its national associations will not join Fifa competitions. The stance responds to Gianni Infantino's plan to sell a 20% stake in a subsidiary running World Cups, funded partly by private investors including Joshua Kushner.
Boycott terms and tournament impact
Uefa's boycott threat will activate if Infantino's funding deal is accepted. The deadline for countries to accept Fifa's offer and receive $20m (£15m) on 1 January is 19 September, creating a tight window for compliance.
Countries could exit the U20 Women's World Cup during quarter-finals or before semis. Next senior Fifa matches are Women's World Cup play-offs in October with England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland; Wales' Laura McAllister said it would be their first World Cup qualification.
Governance backlash and Fifa silence
Fifa has not replied to Uefa's statement. Concacaf's 41 members rejected the proposals. The FA backs European colleagues, saying it stands "shoulder to shoulder with our European colleagues", while Scottish FA "agrees unequivocally" with Uefa's stance.
Infantino became president in 2016 by 115 votes to 88 and seeks a fourth term in March; he was expected unopposed. Former Uefa CEO Lars-Christer Olsson told BBC Infantino overplayed his hand, suggesting rotating presidency: "I think that should be a new start for football."
European weight and path forward
Uefa covers 55 of Fifa's 211 associations but supplied three of four semi-finalists in recent World Cup, Women's World Cup and Club World Cup. Infantino cited a $40bn (£30bn) product; European absence would severely damage that commercial aim.
Former FA chairman David Bernstein said a schism is unthinkable long-term: "I can't believe in the long term that there will be a schism because it would be a lose-lose for everybody." He urged Infantino to back down on the unacceptable deal.
